I recently purchased a new 20x3 at the Marshall store. FANTASTIC new ride. The x3 hull is absolutely as advertised. However, the first time out, in the middle of Caddo Lake, I had a problem with the troll motor while in the deployed position. I could not raise the motor, so my buddy called the dealer on his cell phone. Mr. John Hart, the parts manager talked me through the problem & saved the day. Thank you Mr. Hart. In fact Mr. Hart personifies every experience I have had with H & W Marine; friendly & bend over backwards to satisfy the customer during the sale & after the sale.
